Work details
1. To purchase and manage office equipment, stationery, and others.
2. To manage, receive, and delivery official documents inside and outside the office.
3. To support experts and Health administrators in general office tasks.
4. To implement tasks related to security management, personnel, and general office work.
5. To implement tasks assigned by the Chief Representative.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree and above
・Age: 25-35
・Gender: Any
・Language: Have both below languages:
- Japanese business level (JLPT N2 equivalent and above, certificate needed); and
- English Business level (TOEIC 600 equivalent, no certificate needed)
・Experience: Have more than 3 years of working experience in office work.
・Good with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
・Can go on business trips
<Preferable>
・Experiences at Japanese company/organization, including experience in ODA sectors.
