Japanese Speaking - Project Manager - IT

<Responsibility>
- Create a development schedule from roadmaps and epics
- Create and execute a 1–2-week development sprint plan and report results.
- Define “completion conditions” for backlog tasks and create tickets for each sprint
- Primary response to inquiries from related parties and system incidents
- Build relationships with all project stakeholders including SWEs, PdM, Customer Support, etc.
- Define KPIs and improve development productivity and operations

<Necessary skills>
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in the IT field
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2) and English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Experience around 5 years as a Project Manager in IT industry
+ Ability to define or explain system specifications from business requirements.
+ Used to join a project with 2+ weeks of task and schedule management experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, etc.
+ Documentation skills using tools such as Notion, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
+ Task prioritization with BizDev, SWEs, PdM
+ Strict schedule management ability
+ Visualize development team productivity by setting KPIs, measuring product effectiveness, and improving it
+ Monitoring various KPIs of the product after release, such as Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, etc.
+ Agile Scrum Master
+ Experience as SWE, UI/UX designer, etc.
+ Data analysis and table definition using SQL
+ Experience in mentoring junior project managers, IT communicators, etc.
