<Job Responsibilities>
1) Social Media Management (60%):
- Develop and implement social media strategies for the company on platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, Website, etc.
- Write creative and engaging content to attract followers and drive interaction.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media channels.
- Manage online channels, answer customer questions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective posting schedules.
2) Monitoring & Coordination (30%):
- Coordinate with marketing partners and agencies to support and coordinate campaigns.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating promotional gifts for campaigns.
- Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. basis.
3) Event Support (10%):
- Support the organization and implementation of the company's offline marketing events (not regularly).
- May travel on business to the province when requested.
<Requirements>
- Education: College - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Language: English - Business Level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in marketing. Experience in the distribution and consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High sense of responsibility, eager to learn and adapt quickly to new working environments.
