Work details
- Work in Energy & Chemicals Department, Hanoi Branch of the company, which does business in various fields of Chemicals & Plastics sales
- Handling sales supporting work for the team
- Issuing documents required for cargo delivery to customers
- Data input: Inputting sales transaction data to SAP for engineering plastics
- Reporting: Preparing necessary monthly sales/expense reports for the team as required
- Administration work: Arrange Cars & hotels for visitors; Make a summary of internal expenses such as telephone, car, etc., and get the General Manager's confirmation
- Other jobs which are requested by General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 23-30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Must be University
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 1 year of experience in sales admin, sales support in any industry
・Wiling to do short-term contract
・Skills & Personalities:
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Careful, cooperative, challenging
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Working experience and business knowledge of Trading business (Import/Export) can be an advantage
