<Job Responsibilities>
• Work with Japanese customers about requirements, specifications, working processes, etc.
• Transfer requirements from Japanese customers to the Vietnam team
• Work onsite in Japan if needed
• Support Department Heads in exploring the potential business chances
• Support translation Vietnamese - Japanese for projects if required
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
+ Have 2 years of experience in a BRSE position
+ Have experience working in Japan or working directly with Japanese customers.
+ Have at least 2 years of experience in software development
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (from N2 or equivalent)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in working on software development projects (Web system/ PC application/ Mobile)
- Experience in project management (2 years or more)
- Experience in BA (1 year or more)
- Conversational English
- Willing to learn new things (technologies, domain knowhow, adapt new mindset) to accomplish job excellently
