Japanese Speaking - Casting Assistant Manager/Leader- Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Build processes, policies, manuals and set goals for the department.
‐ Manage casting (progress, quality, 4M)
- Manage the price and cost of the department
- Manage machinery, casting equipment, and measuring tools.
- Manage, guide, and train subordinates
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College Degree and above
・Gender: Male only
・Age: From 27 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (from N3 and above) or Mandarin Business Level
・Experience:
- Working experience related to diecasting
- Experience in managing production
- Experienced in using rulers and panme
- Can read and understand drawing

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in the Manufacturing or Stainless steel products or stainless steel casting products related industries.

<Personality>
・Spirit to discover, set up and solve problems
・Ability to collect, analyze data, make documents
・Can commute to work by themselves.
