<Job Responsibilities>
- Doing sales activities and customer visits.
- Might be assigned additional tasks beyond new customer acquisition and pre-sales
- Gathering customer needs and proposing IT services.
- Proposing appropriate solutions based on IT knowledge.
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting regarding products and systems.
- Responding to simple questions from customers
- Managing projects
- Collaborating with the Japanese sales team in Hanoi and the Development Team in Ho Chi Minh.
- Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
