Finance and Marketing Staff - Investment

<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide financial products, marketing research, financial services, and consulting services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Make outbound and cold calls to clients and schedule appointments and meetings
• Analyze financial statements such as cash flow, net profit, expenses, and revenue to find problem areas
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and meet project deadlines
• Prepare business development information materials and presentations in English for business partners, clients, and investors
• Develop marketing strategies and approaches for various financial products, marketing research, and consulting services together with management (e.g. mezzanine fund, real estate fund, private equity fund) Vietnam-Japan joint venture
• Travel to various work locations including the project construction site as required
• Prepare and present regular marketing or asset management reports to business partners, clients, and investors
• Achieve customer relationship goals and KPIs set by management
• Research trends and patterns of potential target industries, business partners, and customers. Find new ways to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Act as a point of contact for complaints and try to resolve issues appropriately
• Provide Vietnamese interpretation and translation support for Japanese management and Japanese clients as required
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly agendas and arrange new meetings and appointments with clients
• Support clients in basic accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and tracking budgets, as well as with external accountants/auditors in English
• Analyze financial statements using accounting knowledge
• Create financial models in Excel, review investment analysis, evaluate project/company financial status, assess credit risk, monitor investment exposure and project progress
• Perform other functions as assigned by your supervisor from time to time

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:24 ~ 27 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Graduated from a top university in Vietnam (a GPA of 3.2 or higher is desirable).
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Not Required
・Required skills/background:
1. Having experience in MS Excel for running cash flow model
2. Finance major with strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting rules
3. Interested in Investment business

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having knowledge of the real estate industry, investments, and audits in the Big 4
- Having study experience in a Vietnam top-tier university
- Japanese is a plus
