<Job Responsibilities>
- Introduce, promote and sell products and services to existing customers and prospect for new customers.
- Prepare drawings, estimates and bid documents to meet specific customer needs. Provide customers with product samples and catalogues.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships and customer care to ensure future sales.
- Understand product specifications, advantages and disadvantages, similar and competitor products.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve previously agreed sales targets.
- Coordinate sales with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, difficulties, preferences, competitive activities and potential of products and services
- Monitor contract implementation, support related departments in delivery and debt collection,
- Other business tasks assigned by superiors.
