<Job Responsibilities>
- Taking responsibility for making the CFR report
- Making and tracking BOM and inventory of materials
- Updating legal regulations on import-export activities
- Checking and comparing data with accounting and warehouse and making final settlement reports of the enterprise's raw materials and finished products to the customs.
- Working with Customs and other departments of Government to get import/export licenses and solve all problems related to import/export and making CO
- Updating HS code, checking duty-free goods and preferential taxes for some organizations such as ATIGA, ACFTA, VJEPA… to calculate import taxes and report to related departments.
- Managing teams and organizing training sessions
- Making rules to related dept follow up with compliance customs authorities
- Always updating relevant guidance and practical cases regarding the current audit trend
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any. Age: From 29 years old
・Graduated from University - majoring: Import & Export (A plus point if graduating from Foreign Trade University)
・ Language : English at Business level
・Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working at Import-export position in the EPE company
+ Having management skill
- Good knowledge about Incoterm Payment term
- Good knowledge of all shipping documents (invoice packaging list bill of lading certificate of Origin Certificate of Quality)
- Understand the customs laws, especially for EPE
