<Job Responsibilities>
・Health
- Develop and monitor the implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations within the company based on current regulations, internal regulations of the company and the owner;
- Prepare and submit reports related to safety, health, and the environment as required by law;
- Update legal documents on safety, health, and the environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with the law and relevant standards;
- Maintain records and liaise on safety, health, and environmental issues with government agencies, customers, and internal company departments when required;
- Support and guide employees and other departments on issues related to safety, health, and the environment;
- Perform other tasks as requested by management;
・Safety:
- Develop and implement safety procedures;
- Identify hazards and assess risks for each area and task, and propose control measures;
- Create a training, supervision, and reminder plan to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules, and coordinate with other departments for fire prevention and fighting training;
- Investigate, document, and report safety incidents;
- Manage records and equipment related to fire prevention and fighting;
- Handle registration and periodic inspection of machinery and equipment as required by law;
- Plan and organize safety training courses (internal and external) for company employees in accordance with legal requirements;
・Environment:
- Manage and complete environmental documentation in the company in accordance with legal regulations;
- Supervise the monitoring and measurement of environmental and workplace conditions within the company;
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Labor Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or other related fields)
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE in manufacturing companies.
- Being able to read and understand P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and PFD (Process Flow Diagram) drawings is an advantage
