<Job Responsibilities>
This position belongs to the Building Management Department
- Building management: Work with the Building Management team and support in preparing any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building
- Operation management: Coordination with the operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control), contractors, and other interior construction supervision
- Engineering management: Coordination with subcontractors for maintenance/inspection/renovation/ repairing of electrical, mechanical, fire fighting, Plumping, and other system
- Attend all building operation-related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning & others if required)
- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with the Construction Management team
- Support the Accounting team in collecting rental, service charges, and other necessary payments (if necessary)
- Other tasks as required by the Manager of Building Management from time to time
<Basic requirement>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 25-30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business Level (good communication)
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the same field of building management position
<Preferable skill>
・Japanese skills
・ Knowledge of building facilities and reading technical documents

・Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and documentation skills
