GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: STORE DEVELOPMENT STAFF IN HCMC
Level: Staff
Contract Term: Permanent

Work Time: 10 hours per day (mainly during daytime)
Allowance(s): Lunch allowance/ Parking fee
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify potential location for store development in consideration of company strategy
- To negotiate with land-owner to make the land or space available for store development
- To resolve disputes with land owner from time to time to assist the store development for its smooth construction
- To prepare necessary documents and information for making Agreement with land owner in land matters
- To obtain necessary information and to check the feasibility of development projects
- To calculate and propose the appropriate investment amount for development projects
- To assist company, construction and interior design partners to work out the construction plan
- To develop market research method and complied market data and the related information for store development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Language Skills: Good English
- Knowledge of store development procedure with good skills in business negotiation, market research and sales estimation
- Good management and problem solving skills

- Gender: Male

- Personality: independent, proactive, patient, highly responsible and willing to work under high pressure
