JOB DUTIES
Report directly to Vietnamese Manager and indirectly to Japanese Director
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the company’s management board (both Japanese President and Vietnamese Manager) in all the company’s activities:
① Develop and implement company’s strategy, objectives, plans and policies for the development of the company.
② Take care of internal and external relations.
③ Plan and implement effective student recruitment activities.
④ Support current customers, and search for new and potential customers.
⑤ Perform other tasks as required by the management board.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: English conversational level
- At least 2 years’ working experience in the same position
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and information gathering skills
- Careful, know how to manage work effectively, and can do strategy planning work
- Good looks
- Dynamic, creative, highly responsible
- Can work well both in team and independently under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Others (preferable): Experienced in the education industry and can approach the public education institutions (Ministry of Education and Training, Schools, etc.)
