Allowance(s): Governed under VN law
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Net profit share / High commission rate (7-8% product price for each product sold)

JOB DUTIES:
Report to French Managing Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned territory to exceed sales quota by making sales calls, selling and servicing the target accounts (public and private hospitals)
- Preplan and adapt the sales presentation to the target accounts involved (both individuals and hospitals)
- Exceed the standard level of performance in market segment call activity, target account penetration, evaluations started and concluded
- Demonstrating effective full line selling
- Support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives
- Coordinate and allocate corporate resources within the scope and scale of the sales account plans
- Develop and manage relationships with key hospital decision-makers to understand and fulfill account service, clinical education, training and in-servicing needs
- Participate in training plans and programs. Manage the training for accounts within area of responsibility. Facilitate education on product advantages
- Facilitate sales process through involvement of other organizational resources
- Maintain a continuing program to improve and upgrade skills to include, but not limited to product knowledge, competitive knowledge, selling skills and PC skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Language Skills: English ability from business level to fluent/native
- At least 4 years’ experience in the Medical sales and a proven track record of selling medical equipment in Vietnam (public and private hospitals)
- Should have an experience in at least 2 of the following fields/ products
1. Radiology systems
2. Surgical tools
3. Gastrointestinal diagnostic/ surgical equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of business to business selling
- Experience with MS office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
