JOB DUTIES
Main Tasks:
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Responsible for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and ensure the performanceCreate and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist Japanese Manager whenever necessaryInterpret and translation Japanese to Vietnamese, Vietnamese to Japanese
