Report to Dept ManagerAssigned to Air Freight Department Job Responsibilities:Booking arrangement with shipping linesIssuing MBL/HBLInputting costs/sales into system timely and accurately. Problem solving in case of vessel delay, cargo damage...Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.Cooperate with related depts for smoothly operationCargo tracing and update daily report
