Work Location: Khanh Hoa Province


Work Time:


Monday-Friday (9:00~18:00)
Saturday (9:00-12:00)

JOB DUTIES


Report to Vietnamese Chief Financial Officer


Job Responsibilities:


Prepare management report (P&L, financial report, etc.) for BOD on time
Responsible for managing accounting book(BS, PL, Trial balance, etc.)
Responsible for managing accounting system
Responsible for tax payment, tax declaration
Responsible for account receivable, payable
Cooperate with other functions in both financial and operations activities such as Forecasts, Operating Reviews, etc.
Takes part in developing implementing and updating new policies and procedures
Be responsible for contacting and dealing with tax/audit authorities to solve tax/audit issues
Assist with legal matters as arising

Job Requirements


Desirable Background & Experience


Qualification: University degree/ Master degree of Finance or Accounting
Language Skills: Good at communicating in English, able to speak Japanese is a plus
Have at least 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant for foreign invested Hotel
Have experience and knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP system (AX, NAV, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and local accounting rules
Strong in analytical work and problem solving
Strong leadership
Good experience in managing and using accounting software
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
Fast-learner, willing-to-learn attitude and can-do attitude
Able to work under high pressure environment
Available for business trip
