GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Site Manager - Construction
Level: Manager
Contract Term: 1 year (depend on Project)
Recruitment Reason: New-hire
Expected joining date: ASAP
Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: Monday-Saturday ( 8am-5pm)
Benefit: Performance review twice per year
Selection Process: Two rounds
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Manager
Structure: Japanese Engineer – 4 people, Vietnamese Staff - 10 people (1 Accountant, 9 Engineer)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Work progress
Manage staff in site construction
Report Japanese manager about work progress
Submit to Client, report Work progress and adjust as Client’s request
Supervise Work following drawing
Quality control
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Skills: English – Business level
At least 5 years’ experienced in Civil Engineer/Manager
Capable of using CAD
Desirable Character:
