Report to Japanese DirectorJob Responsibilities:- This position is in charge of daily operation of the store
- Managing the entire store team in order to achieve the goals of the company and department.
- Ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service.
- Be passionate about customer service, love fashion and almost fanatical about driving the store forwards.
- Guide and develop strong team to sale and get the stable customers
- Efficiently handle the administrative sides including stock management, cost control and profit and loss accounts.

Desirable Background & Experience:Qualification: Bachelor DegreeLanguage Skills: Japanese – Business level(N2)Experience: At least 01 year in the Shop Management positionExperience: Work in high customer Service Company (hotel, restaurant, airline e.t.c…)Be able to take the training in Japan for more than1 year.
