Report to Japanese DirectorJob Responsibilities:-          This position is in charge of daily operation of the store
-          Managing the entire store team in order to achieve the goals of the company and department.
-          Ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service.
-          Be passionate about customer service, love fashion and almost fanatical about driving the store forwards.
-          Guide and develop strong team to sale and get the stable customers
-          Efficiently handle the administrative sides including stock management, cost control and profit and loss accounts.

Desirable Background & Experience:Qualification: Bachelor DegreeLanguage Skills:          Japanese – Business level(N2)Experience: At least 01 year in the Shop Management positionExperience: Work in high customer Service Company (hotel, restaurant, airline e.t.c…)Be able to take the training in Japan for more than1 year.  (Work location: Nemuro Hokkaido)Desirable Character:Gender: AnyAge: Under 30Strong leadership and problem solving skillsBeing independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility and willing to work under high pressure.Commit to the goals of leading restaurant team in order to expand company business.
