JOB DUTIES


Report to Japanese General Director.


Desirable Character:


Research, plan and execute a wide range of strategies and initiatives to implement the company’s music education project and meet specific organizational objectives
Prepare projects related documents such as paper works and ensure project quality and timeline through efficient communication and quality control
Make implementation plans for projects following the timeline, handle and report working result timely
Have good understanding of music education environment in Vietnam and good presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders (schools, music centers, etc.)
Other tasks assigned by Vietnamese Manager and Japanese Director


Desirable Background & Experience:


Qualification: Bachelor degree
Language Skills: English Business level
3-5 years’ working experience in school or environment related to education (for example music school, language school, etc.)
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
