JOB DUTIES
Report to Camera Sales and Marketing Manager (Vietnamese male 40s, based in HCMC)Team size: around 15 people in both South and North camera teams, including 4 Sales, 4 Marketing, 2 Technical, 2 Customer Service, 1 AdminJob Responsibilities:Manage dealers of the company’s EI (exposure index) and PI (python interface) products including but not limited to sales plan, dealer payment, product support…Maintain the consistent and profitable growth of sales revenues through sales target and sales planIdentify objectives, strategies and action plans to execute short-term and long-term sales planPerform sales activities for in-charge accounts; negotiate sales price and promotion in consultation with Sales ManagerManage personnel; support team membersReview the progress of sales roles throughout dealersForecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams of dealers; develop specific plans to ensure budget achievement from themCoordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results; follow all sales policies, practices, procedures and sales directionResponsible for collecting dealer A/R, debts and overdueCollaborate with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines; coordinate in deploying sales and marketing activities to dealersInterpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit; review expenses and recommend cost deduction ideasStudy and deploy co-marketing program to the accounts to support sell-outOther duties as per assigned by the management team
