Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - SALES ASSISTANT - TECHNOLOGY

Work time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)


Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

Selection process: Two rounds (via Skype with Japanese General Manager -> face-to-face with Vietnamese Sales Leader)

JOB DUTIES


Report to Japanese General Manager (male, 40s) based half-time in Vietnam and half-time in Japan (every two weeks)


Company structure: Japanese General Manager -> Vietnamese Sales Leader (female, 30s, Japanese speaking) -> 3-4 Sales Staffs (English speaking only) -> Chief Accountant and 1 Admin Staff


Job Responsibilities:


NO business development tasks


Daily contact with Japanese corporate clients via phone and email to solve their enquiries


Follow up with clients’ requirement; provide them with good customer service


Support Japanese Manager when he is in Vietnam on interpretation/translation tasks and/or sales paperwork


Work closely with Sales Leader on specific tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Desirable Background and Experience:


Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Diploma Degree


Language skills: Japanese business level; English conversational level is a big plus


From 1-2 years of experience working at similar position is preferable


New graduate is also ok


Desirable Characters:


Gender: Female preferable


Age: Up to 30


Willing to go on monthly business trips to Hanoi and HCMC surrounding areas with Japanese Manager
