JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Swiss Project Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Manage projects and lead the project teams from sales handover to customer handover, including design, installation, start-up and commissioning of plants and processes

-          Develops team members

-          Plan and manage projects to meet quality, cost and schedule goals, including routine communication with customers

-          Perform professional risk and opportunity management and ensure proper deviation management within the project

-          Lead project meetings and reviews whenever required

-          Basic and detailed design of parts, assemblies and layouts in 2D and 3D AutoCAD

-          Use SAP and the local processes to manage, create and/or release bills of materials, items, manufactured equipment, purchase requisitions and third party equipment

-          Coordinate with internal and external vendors, including manufacturing, automation, civil engineering, installation and customer teams, to meet project deliverables

-          Support sales and quoting teams by estimating engineering hours and projects milestones and creating basic AutoCAD drawings

-          Ensuring compliance related directives and EHS standards

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Food Science or related engineering field

-          7+ years of engineering experience, preferably with technical knowledge in the food industry

-          Good analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Sound judgment and decision making skills

-          Entrepreneurial spirit

-          Persistent self-starter

-          Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership

-          Excellent communication skills with intermediate English level

-          Proficient software skills including Microsoft Outlook and Office suite, SAP and AutoCAD

-          PMI certification is a plus
