JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Japanese Plant Director

§  Job Responsibilities:

-        Manage assembly line

-        Supervise, establish and coordinate the production schedules in a factory environment

-        Ensure the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between or within departments

-        Responsible for employee development, process development, and execution of annual operation plans

-        Submit timely reports and assist Japanese Plant Director whenever necessary

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-        Qualification: College’s degree

-        Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (~N2)

-        Prior working experience in manufacturing companies is highly preferred

-        Need to commit to at least 3 years working consecutively in Yamanashi, Japan

§  Desirable Character:
