-        Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

-        Off on Saturday of 1st week and 3rd week.

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese General Manager (Male, 50s) & Japanese Director (Male, 60s)

§  Currently, the company have total 70 people including 3 Japanese, 8 Engineers, 7 back – office staffs and workers.

§  Job Responsibilities:

-        Manage overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.

-        Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention.

-        Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-        Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-        Language Skills:         Japanese equivalent to N2, English – conversational

-        Experience of HR/GA in manufacturing companies at least 5 years.

-        Experience of management level with the same size of the hiring company.

-        Be able to do multiple tasks, good management skill.

-        Well understanding of Japanese working style and culture.

§  Desirable Character:

-        Gender: Male preferable

-        Age: 30 – 45 years old

-        Personality: hardworking, teamwork, can work under high pressure…
