JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Coordination work between PSD (Platform Screen Door) Managers and other Subsystem Managers and Engineers of this project at different stages of completion.
- Assist PSD Manager with design work including the design of PSD layout, construction & installation drawings.
- Monitor PSD system design, Construction & Installation design for PSD, interface and record.
- Assist work also includes coordination between the Consultant and the end-user (MAUR).
- Work with the Subsystem Managers and Engineer to obtain Critical Project Documents (necessary permits, submittals, and etc) required by the specifications or client.
- Track and report on the project activities (incl. PSD design), tasks and provide progress reports as required.
- Identify any issues and/ or changes in the scope of work to determine if there is an opportunity or need to submit a Change Order Request to the client.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of project activities and project performance.
- Submit invoices and collect payments from the customer as necessary. May perform other related duties, as required.
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and background:
- Technical background about Mechanical Engineering. Applicant has knowledge about sliding door system is preferable.
- Years of Experience: 5 – 10 years
- University Graduation in Mechanical.
- English: Business level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and AutoCAD.
- Ability to plan and manage to a project schedule.
- Demonstrate ability to perform maturely and professionally ensuring complete confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
