JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Production Manager

§  Assigned to Production Department

§  Main Tasks:

ü  Communicate and negotiate to Japanese clients, supplier, …

ü  Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs;

ü  Estimate costs and setting the quality standards;

ü  Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively;

ü  Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

ü  Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality;

ü  Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;

ü  Aware of all risks and troubles in factory and have proper solutions;

Job RequirementS

§  Must:

ü  Gender: any

ü  Age: any

ü  Language Skills: Japanese – good at Japanese communication (N2 level)

ü  Or Japanese – N3 level and good at English skill

ü  Experience in Garment field.
