ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm
JOB DUTIES:
§ Job Responsibilities:
ü Arranging shipment from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
ü Handle all requests from customers
ü Booking with airlines and confirm shipments to customers
ü Manage daily emails/ phone calls from customers
ü Prepare bill of lading and send pre-alert to agents and customers as well
ü Cooperate with OPS team and agent for DDP, EXW shipments as pick-up, do customs clearance and other need to meet customer requirement.
ü Tracing and update schedule to customers.
ü Input data into system properly and on time
ü Follow instruction and request from Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
ü Bachelor degree
ü At least 2 years in air freight forwarding
ü Language: English – communication skill is required
ü Able to us MS office such as word, excel, outlook and other applied software
ü Take night until 22:00, 1 or 2 days per week.
§ Desirable Character:
