GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: RECRUITER – MANUFACTURING

§  Work Location: Soc Son, Ha Noi

§  Work Time:

ü  Monday- Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm )

ü  After probation, off 2 Saturdays per month

§  Allowance(s):

§  Bonus and Incentives: Bonus and performance review twice per year

§  Benefit(s): benefits according to the regulation of Labor Law and Insurance Law.

§  Selection Process: One and last interview ( face-to-face) – No bus provided

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Finding talented individuals to meet a company‘s needs

-         Conduct interview to have “ short-list ’’ for Requestors

-         Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants for the company

-         Necessary procedures for hiring new members according to Labor Law and company rules

-         Advising manager on recruitment strategy

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-         Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Economic, prefer is Human resource management

-          Language Skills:          English equivalent to business level – Japanese is preferable

-         Have at least 02 years experiences at the similar position at FDI companies, multiple skills related HR field is prefer.

-         Proficient in Ms Office applications

-         Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems

-         Proficient with social media platforms

-          Gender: Male/Female

-          Age: over 30 years old

-         Personality:

+ Good manner, honest, active and willing to work under high pressure
