Construction Controller - Architecture

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work time:

ü  Ordinary day: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

ü  Project day: Work at night 10:00 - 12:00, off the next morning and start day work at 13:00

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-        Supervise sub-contractors’ work at site (usually night shift due to job nature)

-        Manage and find solutions for arising problems when they happen

-        Work with Interior Design team to make sure that the construction phase meets with client’s requirements

-        Act as contact window with the client on their changing requirements and other enquiries during construction

-        On ordinary days: work as Sales and Consultant for new clients; assist Japanese Manager on new projects and handle office work

-        Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-        Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields

-        Language skill(s): English business level

-        Computing: MS Office proficiency

-        Excellent CAD skills and good passion in interior design

-        From 3+ years of professional experience in construction control

§  Desirable Characters:

-        Gender: Male preferable

-        Age: 20-30s
