§ Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00) & every other Saturday based on company’s request
§ Salary range: Gross 23.000.000 - 45.000.000 VND
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently and take charge of all internal training activities of the Division
- Work closely with Asean training team (Thailand, Indonesia) to attain comprehensive understanding of training materials on new products, soft skills, updated technology… for all levels of Contact Center employees
- Translate training materials into Vietnamese and design training content for each target audience
- Make plan for training budget and schedule for every month / quarter / half year / whole year
- Directly deliver training courses and/or cooperate with specific trainer of big projects in providing training as planned
- Check and improve training results; conduct periodical reports to Line Manager
- Go on occasional business trips as per requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Computing: MS Office proficiency
- From 2+ years of experience working as exactly Call Center Trainer
- Training skills:
ü Plan, coordinate, implement comprehensive training programs for staffs
ü Organize periodical/irregular training effectively
ü Work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
ü Conduct reports properly and promptly
ü Possess self-development skills and good collaboration with related parties
