§  Salary Range: Gross 500-1500 USD per month 



JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnam Country Manager

§  Assigned to Advertiser Engagement Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Manage sales result of the team to achieve monthly target

-          Supervise member's work and give advice for better productivity

-          Motivate the team to attain the best result among all the teams

-          Attend weekly meetings with CEO, Directors, Senior Managers and other managers

-          Individually prospect, pitch and close sales

-          Support your member with sales activities and planning strategies

-          Build good relationship with other departments, clients and agencies

-          Continuously develop yourself and your team to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends

-          Engage in recruiting new team members



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills: Native in Vietnamese language skill and Fluent in English

-          1+ year of experience as Sales generating leads

-          1+ year of experience in digital advertising agencies or ad-tech companies

-          Critical thinking and logical reasoning

-          Fun to communicate with

-          Result-oriented mind with passion for work

-          Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
