GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work location: District 9, HCMC (company bus is provided from Hang Xanh)

§  Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30 - 16:50), off two Saturdays per month, lunch break 11:40 - 12:30

§ Salary range: Gross 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND 

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Manage purchasing team

-       Search and assess new suppliers; issue purchasing orders

-       Supervise purchasing activities; follow up with delivery and inventory status; handle arising problems related to not good products

-       Build and modify purchasing process; control ISO documentation

-       Deal with clients on their enquiries and complaints

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-       Language skill(s): English business level, having some Japanese is a big plus

-       Computing: MS Office proficiency

-       From 3+ years of experience working at similar positions in foreign manufacturing companies

-       Good knowledge about ISO and other materials/components related to electronic manufacturing

-       Strong communication and negotiation tactics as well as interpersonal skills
