JOB DUTIES
§ Report to HR-Admin Manager
§ Main Tasks:
- - Manage office expenses such as red invoices for the corporate taxi account, courier, hotels and stationery costs with monthly report as well as the country manager’s expenses.
- -Manage documents, payment requirements, with clients and suppliers.
- - Prepare HR contracts
- Company’s events organization: assist in planning and organizing the internal events of the firm.

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting major/ has knowledge about Accounting field.
- Experience in administration
- Good at English communication
