§ Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law (the sooner the better)
§ Work location: District 3, HCMC
§ Work time: Shift working (total 7 shifts including 1-2 night shifts 9pm-6am per month), off one day per week (not fixed)
§ Salary range: Gross 7.500.000 - 8.000.000 VND + monthly KPI salary (500.000 - 1.500.000 VND after probation)
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Operation Manager at both companies
§ Assigned to OTA project (24-hour operation) at client’s site
§ Team structure: Supervisor -> Leader -> Call Center Agent (this position)
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients’ inquiry on orders, complaints, helpdesk… regarding OTA industry (hotel booking, tour booking, e-tickets…)
- Perform day-to-day operational activities in customer service
- Give excellent services to customers; deal with all kinds of incoming requests via phone, email, SNS, Facebook, Twitter…
- Propose ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Minimum high school graduation
- Language skill(s): English business level (dealing with around 80 inquiries per day in which 2-3% are from foreign customers)
- Computing: MS Office, SNS applications
- From 1+ years of professional experience in 24/7 call center environment
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Up to 30
- Able to work on shift during weekend and holidays
- Personality: dynamic, adapatable, positive, well-disciplined, honest
