JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Leader
§ Assigned to Mobility Solution Group (HCM)
§ Main Tasks:
- Operating current business for ordering, delivery, forecast, inventory control.
- Manage aging stock, payment of existing customers.
- Make quotation for new inquiry & existing products (during price change)
- Handling products such as plastic resins, raw material and chemical products for automotive products.
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 28-35
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English – good communication
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordinator & customer service. Knowledge on SAP system is advantage..
- Knowledge & Experience in SAP system input
- Good numerical skills.
- Can communicate effectively with customers/suppliers & colleagues.
- Fast Learner
