GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: HR ASSISTANT MANGER - MANUFACTURING
§ Job code: JO-180306-148664
§ Level: Assistant Manager
§ Contract Term: Permanent
§ Recruitment Reason: Replaced for the current one who will quit at the end of March.
§ Expected joining date: ASAP
§ Work Location: Ba Ria Vung Tau (Bus provided from HCMC)
§ Work Time:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Two Saturdays per month
§ Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 Gross (Open for Negotiation)
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to HR Manager (Vietnamese/ 40s) and General Manager (Japanese)
§ Manage 3 staffs.
§ Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and organization:
- Develop proper HR strategies and objectives to be in line with the company's directions.
- Monitor the Training programs, activities and development strategy to meet the current and future development needs.
- Cooperate well with the management team on strategic HR, problem solving and organization matters.
2. General HR:
- Lead the HR team in order to provide proactive and efficient solutions to employees, managers and leaders on HR challenges;
- Monitor the Recruitment for the internal and external selection process.
- Monitor and ensure all activities relating to Compensation and Benefits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Education Background: Bachelor Degree or above.
- English: Fluently
- Proven leadership skills with strategic thinking
- Strong HR expertise in wide range of HR functions, especially C&B, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Recruitment and Selection; Vietnamese Labor Code and Regulation.
- Prefer candidates who have working experience in global manufacturing companies.
- Hands-on working experience in a strategic HR management position
- Desire to work in global manufacturing industry.
- Ability to think OUT OF THE BOX and take initiatives in the tasks assigned.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 30 – 35 years old
- High sense of responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having positive and can-do attitude in any difficult circumstance or under high pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation.
