Report to Japanese Manager
Manage 4 - 5 members
Assigned to HR/ Admin Team
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage overall HR & Administration functions for all branches: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
-Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention.
-Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree or above
-Language Skills:Japanese N2 level or more / English Conversational
-Gender: Female
-Age: 30s – 40s
-5 years working experience in HR/Admin field in which 2 years at management level.

-Well understand of Japanese culture and working style
-Proactive, hardworking, willing to learn new challenges.
