- Report directly to Vietnamese HR Manager.
- Assigned to HR department
*Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process of company's vacancies.
- Building up the sources of candidates via job posting channels, websites, employment agencies,...
- Screening CVs, executing phone interview, taking HR round interview for qualifying candidate and advising to hiring manager,
- Negotiating offer and sending offer to candidates.
- Contacting with HR Agency.
- Other tasks will be assigned
*Essential Requirement
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: English Business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 23-28
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment field in any industry.
*Preferable Requirements:
- Japanese speaking is a plus
