Deputy Factory Manager -Precision Metal Processing -

*Report to Factory Manager(General Director)
*Controlling and Managing of Entire Factory and each sections

Job Responsibility:
- Supporting tasks between manufacturing engineering division and Japanese headquarter
- Managing of General control department, manufacturing technology department, quality control department and maintenance staff
- Instructions and support for each section leader
- Making plan and implementation for improvement of productivity and quality
- Report to the director, related departments in the company and related departments in the Japanese head office
- Maintenance and correct of ISO 9001 for each related section

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Gender: Male
- Age: 40 to 50 years old
- Having management experience in part manufacturing company at least 10 years
- Having working experience in precision machining industry
- Knowladge of NC lathe
- Language: Japanese Business Level (More over N2 level)
This position need to report and communicate with Japanese Head Office.

Preferable Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Major :Machining)
- Having experience of Making plan and implementation for improvement of productivity and quality
- Personality : Cooperativeness and Thoughtful person
