<Job Responsibilities>
- Take charge of C&B group specializing in Payroll field
- Proceed Payroll calculation
- Proceed PIT declaration and finalization- Forecast labor expense- Proceed periodical report
- Register salary scale, review company benefit policy
- Update Labor Law & related law
- Manage procedure of disciplinary, labor contract signing, performance evaluation, satisfaction survey
- Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence)
- Lead team C&B to achieve operation objectives
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree of any industries
- English: Business Level or Japanese N3
- Female >24 year-old
- At least 2 years experience in C&B and at least 1 year in management
- MS Office Proficiency
- Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork
- Strong, decisive, change mind-set
