<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Performance (40%)
- Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals
- Determine and communicate individual and team sales goals and hold staff accountable for results in accordance with the company’s business practices
- Analyze and review goal attainment and develop strategies to improve performance
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
2. Customer Service (30%)
- Ensure staff is trained in service and artistic skills as established by the company
- Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent service in accordance with our standards
- Resolve Customer issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner following the brand guidelines and procedures
- Develop and utilize customer database for phone calls, product launches events and appointments in conjunction with the company’s customer program
3.Manager /Staff Relationship (10%) - support Store Manager
- Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
- Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives
- Maintain a communication system for the store to ensure all staff review current initiatives and direction. Make sure the staff can feedback and get the alignment in all programs, activities and daily operation
- Hold regular, productive staff meetings with Retailer and Training present

* Essential Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma
- Gender: Any
- Age: 23 - 28
- English: business level
- 1+ years of work experience in retail industry as store management position with luxury brands
- Having leadership, training and public speaking ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. with professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with changes
- Able to train and coach new and existing employees, council employee conflicts and embrace the company's corporate philosophy
* Preferable Requirements
- Experience in cosmetics industry
- Great makeup artistry
