<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all the job of Sale Promotion to keep close relationship with distributors/dealers & to achieve sales target.
- Operate sales program (Plan, Do, Check, Action)
- Team management & development
- Market analysis (Competitor, Consumer, Company)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Male/ Female, age from 30 ~ 40 years old
- Academic degree or equivalent with a background in business field or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of job experiences as Sales manager.
- Having good experiences of retail business such as incentive program for distribution, dealers, sales promotion program, stock management, etc.
- Strong & confident attitude to partner with flexible communication skill
- English is a must, Japanese is an advantage
- Hard working with high responsibility
- Open minded with effort of bring kaizen for not only daily activities but also the vision
- Good at logical thinking and arrangement.

Other skills:
- Good at computer office, presentation and leadership skills
- Good senses of communication, teamwork
