<Job Responsibilities>
1. Overall governance
- Support periodic revision and gaining of approval on HR policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance
- Support the development and gaining approval on HR goals, strategy, initiatives, targets and plan
2. Organization development
- Support the planning and implementation of activities to reinforce organization cultures, values and norms
- Support the development and implementation of performance management system, including functional & individual KPIs setting and appraisal, to identify strengths and area of improvements to functions and individuals
- Support the development and implementation of rewards management, including revising rewards structure, compensation and benefit scheme
3. Human resource development
- Identify skill gaps/ requirement from all functions, support setting of the training targets, goals and road map, shortlist training courses and recommend customization of training courses, to support development of training and capabilities development programs
- Deploy evaluation to gauge the effectiveness of the training plan and courses to ensure skill gaps/ requirement are closed effectively and in a timely manner
4. Human resource management
- Support the communication of HR compliance policies, organization rules and regulations, and HR code of conduct
- Perform end-to-end recruitment and selection operations, including candidates search/ sourcing, evaluation, shortlisting, interviews, contract negotiation, hiring and on boarding
- Ensure booking of correct time in time-sheet of employees across the organization, salary calculation, Social Insurance, PIT.
5. Other accountability
- To be responsible for obtaining of Work Permit, Visa, Temporary Resident Card for employees, visitors, and trainees
- To be responsible for obtaining of Medical care for staff (PVI care)
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
1) Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: BA/ BS degree, preferably in business administration or human resources management
- Prefer Female, around 30
- English: Business Level
- No Job Hoping
- Over 5 years of experience in human resources (including payroll management and administrative support)
- Knowledge of general process of staffing, hiring, selection, evaluation, performance appraisal, employee relations and be aware of changes in local laws
- Good skills of interpersonal understanding, conflict management, internal customer focus, driving engagement, effective communication
- Interpersonal understanding; Proactiveness; Problem-solving; Effective communication
