JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Manager
• Human resource (HR)
- Set up company regulations related to HR
- Implement recruitment
- Process the training schedule for staff and orientation training for new staff
- Control and manage all the job related to the HR
- Implementation HR activities to motivate and strengthen the performance of employee
- Implementation the CSR activities
- Do all other jobs related to the HR
• General Affair (GA)
- In charge of application the Visa, passport, work permit, resident card for expatriates
- Organize the Company events
- Control the administration cost
- Do all other jobs related to General affairs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Fluent English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year experience in Admin/GA
Desirable Character:
- Gender: female
- Age: 22 – 27
- Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, active, aggressive and positive mind.
