Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
・Negotiate with suppliers about price, quality, performance, etc.
・Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers
・Control the quality and timely shipment of purchased goods
・Research and report about market situation, including periodic business trips to production areas
・Attend and support visit of clients to Vietnam, mainly from Japan
・Visiting corporation factory, farm and warehouse
・Going to Business trip frequently (Binh Duong, Dak Lak, Hanoi)
・Other tasks assigned by Director and Manager
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : from 4th week of May
- How many round interview : 2 times + president meeting
- Expect joining day : Around September or October (Depends on project process)
Requirements:
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age : 25 - 30 years old
・Having working experience as a Purchasing staff in food industry at least 3 years
・Having working experience in Global company and in charged BtoB teams
・Language: English Upper Business Level (reading, writing and speaking)
・Can go to business trip frequently
・Join around September or October
Preferable Requirements:
・Having import export, beef industry knowledge
・Having experience of negotiation with stakeholders
・Having experience work with Distributor as a Sales or Procurement
・Graduated overseas university or working experience overseas
・Great communication skill for building relationship with client and internal members
