JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese General Manager 
Manage two Departments: Shipping (5 staffs) & Sales Support (10 staffs)
Main Tasks: 
This position is mainly in charge of managing Shipping & Sales Support Department:
-Serve as the point person for operation activities of 02 departments: Shipping & Sales Support.
-Report to General Manager about the activities of these 02 Depts.
-Organize the structure and procedures if needed.
-Cooperate with HR to update and maintain policies as necessary
-Ensure that all procedures are operated properly.
-Details will be discussed more in the interview


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: More than 30 years old
-Strong management skill.
-Language: Japanese – business level; English – Conversational level
-Experience in general operation (either in shipping or sales)
-Experience in HR/Admin is preferable.
