<Job Responsibilities>
- Advise on legal aspect (or self - draft if legal aspect must be especially focused on) concerning Contracts, Transactions of the Company (participate in negotiation if authorized), written letter to relevant authorities, organizations, individuals.
- Support BOD in new projects ( industrial park development project, Solar panel construction project etc.)
- Support marketing section about legal matter for attracting potential tenant and support existing tenants.
- Clear up all legal queries if BOD, other departments request
- Update new legal document relating to the Company's operation and business, supply legal documents as requested
- Translate legal documents (if there isn't English Version) and other documents if such translation is especially relating legal aspect.
- Advise on legal aspect concerning preparing dossiers, carrying out administrative procedure (or carrying out administrative procedure if appointed)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Laws major (prefer have certificate in lawyer)
- Gender: Any. Age from 24-40
- Over 1 year experience as legal staff in any industry.
- English: Business level
- Good communication, careful, flexible, accuracy
- Prefer working in Japanese Company
