<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Importing products from overseas and selling them to chemical manufacturers in North of Vietnam.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding imports and procedures
- Follow up with existing customers, propose new products, and receive orders for new projects
- Develop new customers in the future
- Making presentations and gathering market information
- Maintenance up-to-date database of customers
- Make quotations and some other documents
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Attending business trips from Japan (customer visits, hotel arrangements, etc.)
*Since there is currently no base in Hanoi, you will be working from home.
*Manager is in HCM and will come to Hanoi on a business trip
*Few customer visits
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: 27-40
・Education: Bachelor
・Language: English Business level (Internal use, interpreter between Japanese manager and Vietnamese client)
・Experience: Having more than 3 years sales experience in trading company or chemical manufacturers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese
・Experienced in Japanese company
